Yes, we understand plans change. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Changes made more than 7 days before the tour are usually free of charge, depending on availability and the specific terms of the activity.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) through our secure online payment gateway. We also accept bank transfers for local bookings.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the commencement of your tour.
No, the price you see listed is the price you pay. Our costs typically cover transportation, entry fees, and guide services as specified in the tour description. Personal expenses, tips, and meals not mentioned are not included.
Tour Experience & Safety
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Don’t forget your camera, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. For specific tours like the Lekki Conservation Centre, a hat and insect repellent are also recommended.
Most of our tours operate rain or shine. However, if weather conditions make it unsafe (like extreme storms), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
